Can someone help this boy? He was so sweet, even though he was suffering, and in great pain. Please help this boy! He isn’t aggressive, and he loves attention. Thank you, Jaime Trainer Poor “Scotty” was found with an embedded collar. His collar had grown too small and his neck had continued to grow causing the collar to cut into his skin. These photos were taken after the vet had stitched up what she could. It lo oked much worse when he first came into the shelter. In spite of the pain that “Scotty” must have been in, he was always friendly and enjoyed all of the attention that he got from the vet staff. “Scotty” is only around one year old and he’s very playful and social. His neck should heal without any complications but it will be awhile before the wound heals and he can wear a collar again. We are hoping that we can find a good home for “Scotty” so that he has nothing but happy experiences for the rest of his life. “Scotty’s” breed will make it hard for him to find a good home but we are hopeful that there is one out there just for him.
